Building a life of love and friendship.
Dennis has always had a heart for people, and through the years of adventuring with his family on trips, traveling the world to serve others. He has collected a wonderful group of people he calls friends.
Dennis was born the third of five children in a Catholic family in Edina. In high school he competed in football and wrestling. He was co-captain of his winning football team as a junior and a senior. In 1969 they were unbeaten and finished the season number one under legendary coach Stav Canakes. They were also Conference Champions in 1970, in Dennis’s senior year.
In wrestling Dennis competed at the state level.
Dennis attended The University of Montana on a football scholarship.
Dennis soon found himself working once again for George Welsh. Eventually he made a handshake deal with George Welsh to buy the business from him. About the same time he met and married his wife, Megan and a few years later welcomed their children Devin and Nathan.
Dennis lived a full life building his family, his faith, his many businesses and philanthropy.
